Search for services based on your location (requiring location permission), utilizing direct search or browsing through departments, categories, and sub-categories. Fine-tune your search with filters on the Bookings Appointments page. Communicate effortlessly with providers (one-on-one) or CivilBook administrators (one-to-many) via in-app chat, featuring blocking, reporting, media sharing, voice chat (voice recording), and chat deletion. Enhance collaboration by sharing service and provider details, and discover nearby services (within a 30km radius), related services, and featured services (based on your selected distance). Access immediate support through the customer care helpline number, stay informed
with push notifications, and personalize your experience by creating and editing your user profile.
