User Reviews

Your requests will be closed what feels like immediately with no response or explanation of any resolution(in app or any changes on-site of the reported location). There are also privacy concerns within the app not being fully usable as anonymous. Wouldn't take this seriously with the little traction it's gotten after marketing... Another way the city has a set of eyes on the ground, free of charge, while they decide what changes, not the tax payer. Opinionated platform and not results driven.
