I have been using this app for a while and seen improvements over the years. I mostly use it to report graffiti or bad potholes in areas that i frequent. It would be nice to add more online interactive features that don't require me having to call a number to get an issue resolved. One addition that would he helpful would be the ability to report a vehicle parked illegally via the app instead of having to call the SAPD parking control number, make it as simple as when you report graffiti.
