I had a terrible experience with Cityfurnish. I wanted to rent furniture for 12 months, but they asked for a "10-year autopay mandate" via UPI. I canceled immediately, but support is ignoring me. It’s been 24+ hours, and my 1820 Rs is still stuck. No response from chat or calls, completely unprofessional. Why is a simple cancellation so difficult? Refund my money now! Beware before using this service. I’ll escalate if this isn’t resolved ASAP

The best home appliance service! I got a refrigerator from CityFurnish and it works great. The process was smooth and I didn't have to worry about setup or installation. Totally worth it!
