City ekhoni is a scam. You'll have to go to the bank and submit all the documents all over again. You can't ever apply for the virtual card if you open your account through city ekhoni also you have to go to the bank again to apply for physical card. This app is absolutely useless and a scam.

I wish I could give 10000000000 1star review. This is the most useless app I have ever seen. I'm gonna write a email tomorrow to city bank higher authority tomorrow. Don't you guys test your app periodically? I tried more than 20 times but this is the same issue I get every time. It can't take the selfie.
