App often slow, laggy, and unresponsive.
Issues with logging in and using fingerprint verification.
Limited functionality compared to web version (e.g., inability to add/delete payees smoothly).
Frequent errors when trying to make payments or set up payees.
Poor design and user interface difficulty.

Reasonable, but definitely needs some basics added. The ability to add a new payee, or view the full details of an existing payee is necessary. I do not prefer transferring without the ability to check the full details of the payee. Also I note adding a payee in Revolut always verifies the account nbr and name etc match, but banks like Citi don't offer this. That's a sore miss as well.

Most of the time pretty good. The number of passwords and pins demanded of a Citi customer is unreasonable. Just use a good password and two factor authentication and be done with it! The app functionality is normally good but I have discovered that it fails in the middle of whatever you were doing when a Bluetooth keyboard is connected. I don't get this with other apps...

Since updating the app I can no longer scroll through previous transactions on my accounts. It only shows me the last 10 or so transactions. Tapping the option "show all transactions" will not load past that point, no matter how many times I press it. I am now forced to move to a different bank as this is a necessary feature for me to keep track of transactions on the move - now it's broken, it's unlikely to be fixed. Such a shame after almost 20 years of great banking experience with Citibank.
