Can't leave type of truck unable to set up

We have been trying to get signed up with this app for our box truck hauling business for a week now and have everything all filled out with them only waiting for our signature to move forward just to come to the issue that it sends you to an outside website for the signature which doesn't even recognize our phone numbers or emails or if we exist or not. There's no number to call or anyway to contact a customer service at all.
