Pretty terrible app that I'm only using because my company has forced it on me. For example, incoming calls just don't work. Clicking on notifications doesn't take you to the call/message. So if I get a message, I have to open the app manually, and find the message myself. Text messages aren't even in a single place - you can't see texts in a conversation view. Hasn't improved for years. I'm guessing the devs don't even use this app to know that it needs redesigning top to bottom!
