2024-12-02	Us*****	The app was nice but later turned to something I don't understand anymore I used the app to recharge I and declined like I saw fail but came back to see that the money did not refund to my wallet balance over five transactions declined but didn't return to my wallet and that's not fair And each time I try reaching the customer service they are always offline like they don't even used to be active

2024-05-23	bl*****	Very Useless app, which I cannot even recharge my meter for the past three days and my money is there, and no way to transfer my money out to another wallet to enable me recharge my meter. I have to use the whole money to buy only airtime and data. Even chat with costumer care service, only to be telling me that they will fix the problem and up till now since three days no solution to the issue of recharging prepaid and my money is there, no way to take it from the useless app
