CIPO EU is a construction program and project management app built for owner organizations and CM/PM firms managing capital programs and projects. It provides secure access to project data from the office, jobsite, or field—whether connected or offline (drawings and specs, permission driven).

CIPO EU extends the CIPO Cloud platform, allowing teams to view, capture, and manage project information in real time while preserving established workflows, permissions, and data standards.

Key capabilities include:
- View, edit, and mark up drawings and specifications online or offline
- Create and submit authorized documents such as Daily Reports, RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders
- Capture field data and sync updates when you choose
- Link related documents directly to drawings using CIPO pins
