I uninstalled the app but prefer to use Stioc via the website. The app keeps telling me the exchange connection is invalid even though all API settings are correct. It's working perfectly through the website.

I had a wonderful experience with the Stoic support team. I accidentally missed my auto-renewal deadline, but the team was incredibly understanding. Even though their standard policy doesn't cover forgotten renewals, they noticed I hadn't used the platform in the new cycle and granted a one-time exception refund as a gesture of goodwill. It’s rare to find such responsive and customer-centric support. Thank you for the exceptional service. I will definitely consider returning to Stoic in future.
