The CIM Wellness app connects you with your wellness plan from Carolina Integrative Medicine. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Carolina Integrative Medicine patient, you will receive the specific content of your wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with Carolina Integrative Medicine in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Carolina Integrative Medicine patients and you can't use the app unless you're a patient already in their care. Use the app on your Android Devices. Carolina Integrative Medicine uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
