App & web Interface is quite user-unfriendly, difficult to delete even recurring payment as there's alot of steps to do so. Need to use 2 different account & tokens to make 1 single transaction & action. Only good point is the low fee. Transaction page also hangs alot till I had to use my other UOB SME account for business payments instead, cos it's much easier & seamless.

The latest bug fix has FAILED. CIMB doesn't seem to think that it needs to take responsibility for its IT failures judging from my 2 hours of phone calls to CS team. After 2 hours they told me to send an email. 2 hours on the phone should be enough for CS to write a report for the right people to resolve and asking for an email is actually me doing your job for you. Please pay me for -doing your job -wasting my working hours -Dr visit for high blood pressure If only 0 star rating possible...
