Issue: Email OTP not sent when registering. Contact customer support: *phew* Good luck. Their English language selection leads to a bug and Account Service & Planet app division never pics up the phone at 3:18PM on a Tuesday. additionally, every other customer support has a international caller number starting with +88096 bt they don't so you have call via mobile balance at very costly price and kept waitimg literally forever.
