UI স্মুথ হলেও অনেকটা মেসি। অর্থাৎ, রুচির দুর্ভিক্ষ যাকে বলে আর কী! এছাড়াও- ১। মেসেজ নটিফিকেশনে কোন একাউন্ট বা কোন নাম্বারে যাচ্ছে বা আসতেছে তা লেখা থাকে না এবং ডেবিট/ক্রেডিট এর পরে বর্তমান ব্যালেন্স কত তাও দেখায় না। এটা বিশাল সমস্যা। ২। planet app থেকে statement or history কোনটাই দেখা যায় না। ৩। কাস্টমার কেয়ারে ২দিনে প্রায় ১৯ মিনিট লাইনে থেকেও কোন সাড়া পাইনি। জুলাইতে একাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে যাচ্ছি। ধন্যবাদ। Note: Not Recommended
