CIB OMS is the official mobile application for the Cambodian Investment Board (CIB), a government sector under the Council for the Development of Cambodia. Designed to modernize human resource management for government officials, the app enables secure check-in and check-out using QR codes and geolocation, real-time attendance tracking, and streamlined leave requests—all directly from a mobile device. Users receive instant notifications for attendance, leave approvals, and meeting reminders via integrated Telegram bot. With a user-friendly interface supporting both English and Khmer, CIB OMS empowers CIB officials to manage their work, attendance, and meetings efficiently and transparently anytime, anywhere, supporting the digital transformation goals of Cambodia’s public sector.
