Competencia Int Arbitraje

The Competition is an educational proposal with a competitive format, whose purpose is to promote the study of international law and arbitration as a method of conflict resolution.

To do this, students from different universities act as lawyers for the parties in a simulated case, having to defend the interests of their hypothetical clients (first in writing and then orally) before arbitration tribunals made up of prestigious international arbitrators, lawyers and academics. , who are in charge of evaluating and qualifying the presentations, both written and oral, of the teams.

The Competition is an activity co-organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires and the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the Universidad del Rosario de Bogotá.

This Competition throughout its different editions has proven to be an effective tool for teaching and training arbitration to future lawyers.
Designed to train university students in the theory and practice of international arbitration.

Competition offers an environment of excellence for the Spanish-speaking world, by putting students in the role of lawyers for both parties in an international arbitration process.
