In order to bring mutualists closer to the mutual of agents in charge of the public service (MAFOP), the Executive Office of the mutual has launched a vast digitalization project for all of MAFOP's services.
The objectives of this mobile application is to allow mutualists to:
- Apply for statutory benefits without having to travel
- See the processing status of your services
- Benefit from its services in record time
- Have mutual information in real time
- Have the management reports on the mutual
- Participate in surveys to allow the Executive Office to better prioritize projects
- Allow mutualists to give their opinion on the management of the mutual
