Manantial de Bendiciones is the church's official pastoral management app. It's designed for authorized team members—administrators, registrars, supervisors, and cell leaders—who need to organize care for people, track visits, and coordinate between locations.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR?

This app is not for the general public. Access is restricted by account and password. Each user sees only the information permitted by their role within their assigned church or location.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

MEMBERS (BELIEVERS)
• Register and view members with personal information, contact details, ID number, cell group, and address.

• Search and filter lists; view complete details for each person.

• View members by leader or those assigned to your own cell group.

• View locations on a map and get directions using Google Maps.

• Export lists to Excel when your role allows it.

LEADERS AND SUPERVISORS
• Register and manage cell group leaders with contact information, area, and location.

• Assign members to leaders; automatic suggestion based on geographic proximity when an address is available.

• Manage the relationship between supervisors and the leaders under their care.

• View leaders in a list or on an interactive map, with visual identification by gender.

PASTORAL VISITS
• Record visits: location, duration, prayer, requests, and spiritual follow-up.

• Maintain an organized record of pastoral accompaniment for each member.

• Ensure continuity of pastoral care with clear and accessible records.

DASHBOARDS AND REPORTS
• Visit dashboard with graphs by day, month, and year.

• Pastoral dashboard with metrics for team activity and tracking.

• Visualize trends and progress in pastoral work over different periods.

• Make decisions based on real data from the congregation.

NOTIFICATIONS
• Receive in-app alerts when new members are assigned to you.

• Push notifications on your device so you don't miss important assignments.

• Stay informed even when the app is closed.

ADMINISTRATION AND MULTI-CHURCH
• Church and branch management for organizations with multiple congregations.

• Administrator registration and access configuration per branch.

• Account and role management: super administrator, church administrator, registrar, supervisor, and leader.

• Interface available in Spanish and English.

ROLES AND PERMISSIONS

Each role respects defined permissions. A leader consults with and assists their members; a supervisor coordinates their assigned leaders; a registrar can register believers; an administrator configures their church and users. This protects everyone's privacy and maintains pastoral order within the ministry.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Data is securely stored in the cloud (Google Firebase) with authentication, encrypted communication (HTTPS), and access rules per user and role. The privacy policy is available on our official website. We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

USER EXPERIENCE

A clear interface designed for the daily work of the pastoral team: a side menu with quick access, search functions, integrated maps, and forms organized by section. Ideal for recording field visits, consulting data before a cell group meeting, or reviewing monthly progress from the dashboard.

• Internet connection to synchronize information.

• Authorized account provided by the church administration.

• Android device compatible with Google Play.
