AL Tamkeen

AL Tamkeen is the mobile application extension of the Chulia CAFM system, designed to support facility management operations from mobile devices.

The application allows authorised users to access key CAFM services, including Maintenance Request and Corrective Work Order workflows. Users can submit and track maintenance requests, create linked work orders, view work order details, update statuses, manage assignments, upload work progress images, and access completed work order reports.

The application is connected to the existing Chulia CAFM backend and database, ensuring that mobile activity remains synchronised with the main CAFM system.
