User Reviews

Users praise the app for being easy to use with good data plans and an English UI option. However, the most common issues are login failures, inability to top up inside the app (web top-up works but is less convenient), frequent crashes, language-access problems, and intrusive ads. Some also report slow network performance and unclear pricing for certain plans.

Pros

Easy-to-use interface
Good data plans/overall value
English language option available with good quality
Web-based top-up process is seamless when in-app top-up isn't available

Cons

Frequent login failures and errors (can't log in, login after update, wrong credentials)
In-app top-up not supported; users must use the website to top up
Frequent crashes/instability of the app
No easy language switch or language options are difficult to access (forced to change device language)
Ads or unwanted bloatware (unconsented mini-games) and unclear plan pricing for some options
