honestly I've been looking for an app that does just this. I was recently diagnosed with a chronic health condition and this is helping me track my symptoms so much better than all the rest of the stuff I've tried. now I can take this to the doctor's office and let them know all of the notes for the different symptoms that I've been feeling related to this chronic health condition. I hope it does not discontinue or get overrun by ads. it syncs with all my fitness apps too

My favourite app for symptom tracking. The only issue I have is that recently I noticed when adding a new symptom the default pain scale is 0-3 where it use to be 0-10. Meaning I have to go in and manually add in the others. Maybe add an option when creating a new symptom to choose the pain scale like how we can already choose the chart type.
