The app is okay. There are times it doesn't work. My main issue is the amount of time needed to order ahead. I usually need to order an hour or more before I have to eat. it's never ready at the time it says, even on really slow Fridays. and orders seem to get lost in the kitchen and they have to remake it. Better to order in person. 15 min wait depending on your order vs. 1 hour wait via the app.

The issue at 151 W 42nd, is that the orders from the app get lost in "the system" regularly. So you show up at lunch to pick up your online order and 15 people are waiting in front of you to get their lunch made because no one's online order was prepared.
