Stopped working around Chicago

This app used to work really well. I used to be able to place orders and then it would tell me when my order was ready. Then it stopped telling you when your order was ready and you just had to kind of guess when you had to go pick it up. Now you can't even pick a location that's closest to you, it just has random locations. I live in the Chicago area and it tells me the closest location is in South Carolina.
