ChoreDiary: Cleaning Schedule

Housework shouldn't have to live entirely in your head. ChoreDiary is a gentle cleaning app and chore tracker that helps you decide what to do next, remember what you've done, and build a cleaning schedule that fits the time you actually have.

Made with ADHD and low-energy days in mind, ChoreDiary breaks cleaning into small, clear steps instead of one overwhelming list. ADHD cleaning is often hard to start and easy to drop, so the app keeps today's plan short and lets you change it whenever you need to.

HOW IT WORKS
Set up your rooms, choose what matters most, and tell ChoreDiary how much time feels manageable. It creates a short cleaning routine for today and shows how that plan fits into your week. When life changes, you can make today lighter, take a rest day, or adjust your available time.

WITH CHOREDIARY, YOU CAN:
• See a small set of suggested chores and why they were chosen.
• Choose a Quick, Regular, or Deeper version of a task.
• Read practical guidance during a focused cleaning session, without a strict cleaning checklist you have to tick off step by step.
• Record a finished chore or useful progress.
• See when you last worked on a chore and when it may be useful again, a gentle cleaning reminder instead of a nagging one.
• Browse chores by room, add your own, and adjust time estimates to fit your pace.
• Review your week in a simple cleaning planner and change the time available on individual days.

A CLEANING PLANNER WITHOUT GUILT
ChoreDiary is designed to make caring for your home feel more manageable. There are no streaks to protect or growing piles of "failed" days. Small progress counts, and rest belongs in the plan.

Whether you want an ADHD cleaning app, a simple house cleaning schedule, or a calmer way to keep track of chores, ChoreDiary meets you where you are.
