Living with OCD can feel impossible. But no matter how overwhelming your intrusive thoughts, anxiety and compulsive urges are, you have the power to choose. Being choiceful means practicing this power and living life on your own terms, not OCD’s. This app is made to cultivate that skill and choiceful way of living. Be choiceful!

Where does my data go?
We take your privacy very seriously. OCD is a very sensitive and personal disorder. As OCD sufferers ourselves, we know that from our personal experience. We use HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, industry security best practices, and your data is not used to train AI or LLMs.

Who are you?
I’m Brian and my life was turned upside down 10 years ago when I got stuck on my first intrusive thought. It’s been a long battle since then, but now I’m on a mission to make OCD treatment should be accessible and affordable to everyone.

Do I need to pay?
Choiceful is free to use with a generous free two conversation sessions per day and Phase 1 of our Treatment Program. If you would like unlimited conversations, you can upgrade to our Basic plan. If you would like access to our full Treatment Program, exposure tools, meditations, and more, you can upgrade to our Pro plan.
