I have 2 packages in savabuy which i confirmed at the same time but they were not merged together and now ut showing that i have to pay 1 kg each for that packages that are just around 500g. Savabuy you need to find a solution to my problem because i did all that your customer service said but my goods were not joined together so it means the customer service gave me an incomplete information. I also sent an email to them but i got no response

The "savabuy" app in Sri Lanka is useless, the app claims that an order is usually shipped within 60 days. But there is no proper tracking after placing the order, I have been placing orders for over 3 months but I have not received any orders, I do not recommend this service to anyone, I was also deceived by what I saw on tiktok. But now I do not recommend this app to anyone. This is all a lie
