Pool Chemical Calculator & Log

How much chlorine do I add? Type your test results — free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium, CYA, salt — and Chlorwise tells you exactly how much of the chemical you actually bought to add, in cups, quarts or pounds. No account, no subscription, works offline.

WHAT TO ADD, IN ORDER
• Every reading on one screen; the doses update as you type — no Calculate button
• Alkalinity first, then pH, then chlorine, calcium, stabilizer and salt, the order pool pros use
• Amounts in the measures you pour with: "1 qt + 3¼ cups", "1.4 lb", with the exact fl oz too

YOUR PRODUCTS
• Liquid chlorine or bleach at the % on your jug (6, 8.25, 10, 12.5 %), cal-hypo, trichlor, dichlor
• Tells you how much stabilizer dichlor and trichlor add, and how much calcium cal-hypo adds
• Muriatic acid at your strength (31.45 % or low-fume 14.5 %) or dry acid; soda ash, baking soda, calcium chloride, cyanuric acid, pool salt

WATER BALANCE
• LSI from pH, temperature, calcium and alkalinity, corrected for stabilizer
• One line on what each reading does and its ideal range

POOLS AND TEST LOG
• Several pools and spas, each with its own volume, products and targets
• Save every test; see each reading over time; export the log as CSV
• Pool volume from the size: rectangle, round or oval, with a sloped floor

ALSO
• How much chlorine, LSI, pool salt (40 lb bags) and pool volume calculators
• Gallons or liters; English and Spanish

WHY CLEAN SCREEN APPS: I got tired of apps that throw full-screen ads at you in the middle of a job, so I build apps with no pop-up ads. Chlorwise is another one: one small banner at the bottom, hidden while you type a reading, and a one-time "Remove ads" option. No subscription, ever.

Doses are estimates from the chemistry, checked against a county health department dosing chart. Always follow the label on your product, add one chemical at a time with the pump running, and never mix chlorine and acid.
