2026-08-24	Wi*****	the app works right but at my store they somehow mark the order as ready when it's not. I even put my order in for a certain time 8:30 today. it was "ready" at 8:30, I came in at 8:40 and they brought it out at 8:49. so annoying.

I asked Pepper and was told missing my entire order "request has been reviewed, and it has been determined ineligible for compensation." I then tried to call the Chipotle and was hung up on twice. I then went to Pepper again and said my delivery just never showed up. They said they would give me a life agent, but I waited for 20mins. Disappointed. Would share the screenshot if I could
