2026-06-11	Jo*****	One of the worse customer experience apps out there for big chain restaurant. If you have a issue, you have to talk to AI. If you don't choose an answer it offers, it can't help you. No one to call, and restaurant workers are clueless

2026-06-11	Br*****	their website won't let you use the rewards points. free chips require a $5 purchase. my bag has $25 but you cannot use any rewards points. it's theft. I've tried a dozen times to use my rewards but it always says "missing item" and days you need to spend $5 to use the promo. food is just okay. beans tend to be mush, the container spills the sides and sauces into each other, poorly designed. not being able to order a quesadilla in the store is just terrible business. worst online ordering ever.
