this is so dissapointing airline last travel i went to philippines and i stayed 2months then after that im back in my country "canada" and they said to the expedia apps upto 23kg the the hand carry is free upon checking my carry on luggage we paid more 75cad to philippine checking the free luggage which is free this is so disspointing airline is scam.... and the customer service we call and they ask some question they are rude we need help but the tone of voice is not good
