It brings residents and staff together in a simple, friendly experience—so it’s easy to stay connected, request assistance, keep up with community updates, and enjoy daily activities. Whether you’re joining a conversation, checking today’s dining menu, setting reminders, or reaching out to the Front Desk, ChimeBuddy helps you get what you need in just a few taps.

ChimeBuddy is built for clarity and accessibility. Large, readable screens and straightforward navigation help residents feel confident using the app, while staff can communicate efficiently and keep requests organized. Communities can tailor experiences based on roles and availability, so features are presented in a way that makes sense for each user.

ChimeBuddy also includes optional safety features. If enabled, location permissions can support campus safety alerts and last-known location functionality. These features are optional and controlled by the user, and the app remains functional even if location services are not enabled.

Key Features:

• Messaging & Community - Chat with Buddy, AI companion, or fellow residents in a clean, easy-to-use interface.
• Staff to staff private messaging - To help improve productivity and accuracy. Staff also have community rooms to receive internal company announcements.
• Join community Rooms for shared conversations and announcements - Stay connected with staff and community members (as enabled by your community).
• Help Requests - Send requests to Front Desk, Nursing, Maintenance, and other departments, providing details so staff can respond faster and more accurately.
• Games & Activities - Enjoy engaging community games like Bingo and Trivia, designed to encourage daily engagement.
• Reminders & Daily Routine - Create reminders for important tasks and daily routines, use Quiet Hours to reduce interruptions during rest times.
• Facility Information - View facility updates such as events, announcements, dining menus, and maps (when available), stay informed about what’s happening in the community.
• Optional Safety Features - Enable location-based campus safety alerts (optional), support last-known location functionality (optional).
• Privacy & Account Controls - Access Privacy Policy, Terms, and Support from the app, manage account preferences directly in Settings.
