Tower Rash is a thoughtful and immersive grid-based challenge set in a delicate world where every step matters. A small, brave chicken moves across a structured field filled with hidden risks, requiring attention, logic, and careful decisions. In Tower Rash, the player is presented with a 9×9 grid where hidden dangers are placed randomly. Some cells are safe, while others conceal risks that instantly end the session if revealed. Each move reveals either an empty space or a number that indicates how many hidden dangers are located nearby. These clues are essential for planning the next move and gradually uncovering safe areas across the field.

Strategic thinking is key to success. Players can mark suspicious cells using a long press, helping to keep track of possible threats and avoid accidental selections. Every decision builds upon previous discoveries, forming a logical path through the grid. The goal is to open all safe cells without triggering any hidden dangers, creating a satisfying progression from uncertainty to clarity.

The game includes a timer that starts with the first move and stops when the session ends, whether through success or failure. Completion time is recorded and saved in the results, allowing players to track their performance and aim for faster, more efficient runs. Only fully completed sessions are considered, ensuring that records reflect true achievements.

If the game is interrupted, such as switching to another app, Tower Rash automatically pauses and displays a pause window while stopping the timer. This ensures that time tracking remains fair and accurate. Upon returning, the player can resume the session by closing the pause window. During any active dialog, interaction with the grid is disabled, preventing unintended actions and maintaining a controlled experience.
