First off, my points are gone. Secondly, I need to manually enter my phone number on the PIN pad instead of having the cashier scanning the code on my phone to complete the transaction. This raises a potential sanitary issue, as these devices are used by countless customers daily and may not be cleaned frequently. Alternatively, I could tell the cashier my number but I felt uneasy when asked to speak my phone number aloud as it compromises my privacy. Why removed the member code from the app?

Wow not only did you erase all points collected a 2nd time in changing your extra mile reward program to Texaco your points systems has gotten even harder to collect i guess i should stop buying here and go to your competition since signing up for them gives me 450 points versus a long time customer of yours gets only 250 points you company should be very proud to desatified your loyal customers
