Good app for chess, but having to buy a subscription for maybe a third of the things to do isn't too fun, especially for kids, because a lot of kids like me don't have debit cards or stuff like that, would stick to an app called Duolingo if you couldn't go up against any bots for free, but still, good app overall, and I'm hoping the problems a lot of kids face will get fixed, and I still mean it when I say good app overall.

Customer service is nonexistent. I contacted them via live chat to reset password (somehow we got bumped out and i forgot the passowrd). Their normal method didn't work. I was told they'd get back to me in 1 to 3 days. Now a whole week has passed, heard nothing back. I will have to cancel the gold membership because my child can't use it.
