User Reviews

The most repeated complaints are intrusive ads and unreliable app access, especially after updates. Users also report problems viewing recordings and frustration with cloud-storage charges or local-card recording. A few reviewers praise live viewing and image clarity when the app works, but experiences are mixed.

Pros

Live camera viewing is useful when the app works.
Some users report clear camera footage.

Cons

Frequent ads interrupt access to cameras, and users object to being charged to remove them.
The app is unreliable: users report crashes, loading failures, offline status, and server or connection errors.
Playback and recordings can be difficult or impossible to access, with complaints about cloud-storage costs and SD-card issues.

why must I pay for cloud if I have my SD card to save my recording! absolute rip off! I use to enjoy without cloud!

Such a disappointment at first, it quits moving from side to side, and now I can't even get into it, to look at it on my phone. Nothing's changed and it keeps saying that failure to sign in.
