ChefCost Pro

ChefCost Pro helps restaurants, cafés, bakeries and catering businesses understand the cost of their dishes and make informed pricing decisions.

RECIPES AND COSTING
Organise ingredients, quantities, portions, photos and preparation steps. Calculate costs per batch and per portion, accounting for preparation waste and unit conversions. Keep unfinished work in drafts.

BUSINESS TOOLS
Manage ingredients and suppliers. Premium tools let you track inventory, include labour, packaging, overheads and commissions, and analyse your menu using sales volumes and contribution per portion.

IMPORTS AND DOCUMENTS
Import recipes using the Excel/CSV template or supported URLs. Review the data before saving: external websites may block imports, and imported quantities or reference values may need correcting. Add photos from your device or camera and create PDF recipe sheets with Premium.

YOUR DATA
Food business data is stored on your device. Export backups to protect your work. Local features work offline; purchases and URL imports require an internet connection.

FREE AND PREMIUM
Start with the free plan, which has usage limits. Premium expands the available features through a one-time in-app purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Google Play displays the applicable price before you confirm your purchase.

Costs, indicative waste estimates and calculated prices depend on the information entered. Check reference values and adapt them to your business.
