I paid for the membership their ai helper broke on me there isn't any in app support the only support is on their discord server. I've had this issue for over a week in which you have to pay $20 a month to gain access to it. In the week I've had the issue I had a staff member message one time in the ticket which he told me to do something I already tried and I had already said I tried the exact thing he told me to do. I still tried it again but it didn't work of course.
