Many reviews praise the app when it works, calling it great and effective as a VPN. However, a recurring set of problems dominates: crashes after updates; inability to save or auto-fill credentials; persistent background running with notification control issues; lack of Azure MFA/authentication support; and VPN connectivity failures where the VPN cannot reach the network or disrupts other connections. Some device/provider notes (e.g., Pixel 7, Telkomsel) appear. Overall, usefulness is clear but reliability concerns are widespread.

"The list of installed apps to provide secure mobile services"!!!??? Collection of installed-app list is not metadata, It is a fingerprint of someone's inner life. collecting that fingerprint as a condition for vpn is a disproportionality that GDPR was literally written to prevent. Article 5(1)(c). The purpose here is to enable VPN access. The installed app inventory is not necessary for that purpose. It fails the proportionality test on its face.
