Whether it's WhatsApp or other supported apps, our tool scans notifications and, when allowed, your device’s storage to restore deleted content — even from protected folders like /Android/media/com.whatsapp/.

We use All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) to recover deleted audio/media files that are not accessible via standard storage permissions. This feature is core to the app’s purpose and the app cannot function fully without it.

Important: Media recovery requires "All Files Access" permission. Without this permission, the app can only recover messages via notifications, and media recovery will not work.

App won’t work if:

You are actively reading the chat when the message is deleted

The chat is muted or notifications are turned off

You deleted messages/media before installing the app

You haven't granted All Files Access permission (for media recovery)
