ChatManager gathers notifications from your messaging apps into an inbox of its own, lets you star and keep what matters, and automates replies with rules you define. Everything is processed on your device: messages are never uploaded to any server.
Works with Telegram, Signal, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok and other messaging apps.

Build rules by combining conditions (time range, keywords, regular expressions, links, repeated messages, first message of the day, chat type, source app) with actions: reply or notify you.
Visual editor with AND/OR, plain-language preview, a pause between replies and a random wait so answers don't feel instant. Includes a tester to simulate a message and see which rules would match.

Advanced search by date, app, chat type or sender. Pinned chats on top, notes and tags per member, merging of duplicate chats or contacts, and words that trigger an alert.

A chronological log of every rule match and every reply sent, filterable by source app. Manual or scheduled backups to the folder you choose, with restore from file.

▸ FREE AND PREMIUM
The app is free and supported by ads. A few views — statistics, messages older than 7 days inside a chat, starred messages and blocked words — open by watching an optional ad or with Premium. Nothing you save is ever deleted.
Premium removes ads and adds full statistics, PDF reports, unlimited history viewing, and rule sync across devices. Monthly plan (7-day free trial) or yearly.

PERMISSIONS
• Notification access — the core of the app: reading the incoming messages you choose to manage and replying from the notification.
• Notifications — for your alerts and the daily summary.
• Battery optimization exemption (optional) — so rules keep working in the background.
ChatManager never reads content from other apps beyond the notifications you choose to process.

CHATMANAGER IS NOT
• An alternative messaging client: you don't compose messages in the app, you only reply automatically to what arrives.
• A cloud service: there is no remote backup of your messages.
• A bulk-messaging tool: replies are reactive, with a 5-minute pause by default and a cap of 60 automatic replies per hour.

Using automatic replies may go against the terms of service of messaging apps; use them at your own risk.
