EventCrew: Find Your Group

Lost your friends in the crowd again? EventCrew keeps your group together at concerts, festivals and any crowded event, then deletes everything when the event is over.

HOW IT WORKS
• Start an event in the app and share the invite link.
• Friends open the link in their phone's browser. No install, no account: they pick a nickname and share their location.
• Everyone sees the group on one live map, with a group chat and shared photos.
• Drop a meetup pin so everyone knows where to regroup.
• Friends can add EventCrew to their home screen to get notifications.
• If a friend's phone dies, the map keeps their last known spot.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Everything about an event (locations, chat, photos) is permanently deleted when the event ends. No backups.
• Anyone can leave at any time, and their location, messages and photos are removed right away.
• No accounts for friends. Chat, photos, nicknames and locations are encrypted with a key that travels in the invite link.
• No analytics on members, and your data is never sold.
• Location is shared only during an event, only with your group.

YOU'RE IN CHARGE
As the leader you control the event: approve or remove people, make new invite links or revoke old ones, set the meetup pin, change settings and end the event for everyone.

FREE AND PRO
Free: up to 15 people, events up to 12 hours, 1 active event at a time, 25 photos per event, with ads.
Pro: up to 50 people, events up to 4 days, 3 active events at a time, 150 photos per event, and no ads for the whole group.

On busy days EventCrew may reach its daily limit for new events. If that happens the app tells you, and you can try again the next day. Events that are already running are never cut off.
