2024-09-26	Ir*****	Would give it 0 stars if I could. Used to enjoy it but the interface now is very slow, and they will take forever to reply to you. Highly DO NOT recommend, and they have the cheek to charge such a premium. Only buy it if you want to be stuck at the loading page forever and no reply from customer service side when your whole family is here waiting to karaoke. Horrid experience.

2023-11-17	El*****	I’ve subscribed to popsical’s services however, the services seems to be failing these days. 1) Unable to find songs that were available in the past 2) The songs in my favorite list are also not available anymore 3) unable to switch from analog to digital The current user experience is making me very upset. I hope this can be resolved ASAP. Thank you
