Awful Customer Service, Bad Features

A lot of posted photos aren't available to view on the app, just a blank space. Any photos that do show up mysteriously disappear after a random amount of time. Unable to download any photos that are briefly available. I was advised to use the 'Report Issue' button but that doesn't work either.
