App is overall good. But recently, I am able to open chance app once a day. After that if I try to open it, it shows me blank white screen and nothing. Please, fix this glitch or bug or error

I don't even know how Google Play approve this app, this app have 100s of issues. 1-the app takes more than 2 mins just to open 2-the message i sent or receive is normally received after 10 mins 3- most of the time I don't even get the notifications 4- the app can get closed at anytime, it could be in the way of typing a message so you'll have to type all over again 5- messages from other chat starts to appear, this make the conversation even more confusing 6-no chat support to resolve this
