always cannot connect to server on friday 9am. have to wait for everyone to finish booking before i can go in.. honestly its irritating. you wake up early to book the slots, but because of the server issues, you see all the slots get taken away and you are left with none of your preferred slots even though u could have booked them.

App always cannot connect to server since last week and I can't book my shifts always have to wait for 5 minutes after everyone else finsh booking their own shift before I can pick up the scarps it's unfair to me and possibly others as well not. It's the same using WiFi or mobile data both also cannot connect to server at 9am on Friday

Now have COVID situation we are allowed to work at 1 location I'm fine with that. But seriously, times are now hard and what you HR c*nts can do is to hire more people in!! It's virtually impossible to work now. It's my only PT job sad to see that it's only making me more unhappy and furious. App itself always have errors and nonsense issue such as connection. Spare a thought for those working for sometime instead of bringing in new people who are not proactive and likes slacking.

Doesn't even work well. Keep loading but cant book a shift. By the time the app is working, all shifts are booked by others.

I cannot even book slots at the stipulated timing of 9am and the app doesn't allow me to send feedback. Pretty poor app and I would rather use the laptop instead

Can't even sign up as there are no dates I can book for an interview. Frankly, I'm surprised others have made it far enough to complain about other aspects of this app.
