Top That: Fitness Battles

Top That is where workouts get settled.

Post a fitness challenge in 60 seconds or less: max push-ups, the longest plank, a squat hold, a handstand. A rival answers with their own clip, right next to yours. The crowd votes. The winner takes the points and climbs the leaderboard, and the settled battle becomes a result clip you can post anywhere.

CHALLENGES PEOPLE BATTLE
Push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, planks, wall sits, burpees, jumping jacks, handstands and headstands, holds, mobility, yoga and pilates poses, boxing combos, home workouts and gym lifts. If you can film it in 60 seconds, you can challenge someone to top it.

HOW IT WORKS
- Record a workout challenge (up to 60 seconds) or upload one
- A challenger accepts and records their answer
- Both clips go live side by side on The Floor
- The crowd votes. Winner takes it.
- Save the result clip and post it to TikTok, Reels or Shorts
- Lost? Request a rematch and run it back
