You can also choose the option of staying private and creating new habits without anyone seeing them. But when you share, you receive great support from the community that pushes you and helps you keep going on challenging steps or days. Day 3 of using the app and absolutely loving it. Oh! And of course you don't have to stick to English to set up your goals and the steps you want to reach.
