There is no help section in the app. Here also, the team isn't concerned or responding to the msg Unable to place order from app as the store is not showing up..and the staff is not sure how to scan and get the payment completed. Waste of time and money. No support or contact details on the app.. money stuck with the app and unable to retrieve my amount.. useless app. Dont put in your hard earned money here

2024-02-05	Ra*****	I paid using the wallet, and the order never showed up at the kiosk. The Kiosk guy told me the money will be returned and asked me to pay again. The money was never refunded. The pathetic app dosent even have a customer service number to complain about this issue. Avoid the app, its a money squeezing plague built to cheat customers

2023-12-01	Vi*****	Needs improvement, The app UI is buggy and slow. Also it keeps crashing. UPI option is almost non existent, it doesn't allow to enter VPA or scan to recharge wallet. Can be a great app if serious attention is provided

2023-09-23	Vi*****	How this app got a rating of 4. I am clueless. Ordered and on app showing dispatched since last 2 hours. Money is lost on such useless chai point app. Instead use either swigy, zomato or visit local tea stall near home Google should give an option of giving minus rating. This is not even eligible for 1.

2023-09-22	Vi*****	Got the app unnecessarily due to the fact that they lured us in with an offer and forced me to pay via the app. When I install the app I see that they didn't put the item I wanted on the menu in the app and I had to order an even more expensive dish and then the guy would replace it with the product I wanted on his screen.

2023-07-04	Ra*****	The experience at chai point and ordering through app was really good. As the store is in office premises, app helps to take the order instantly. Staffs at the store are really friendly and serves orders quickly.

2023-03-13	Al*****	FRAUD APP!! Unable to use amount in wallet. Finally when I tried placing order the amount got debited but transaction failed. Now no money in the wallet either! Customer service can't help. No response from their support email. I wish I could give ZERO rating for this app!!

2023-03-11	Je*****	Most pathetic experience.. I ordered for strawberry banana shake , after order I get call after one hour that such a shake is not avaible.. My question is if it is not there ans they make it., than why is it shown on the App?? Worst is they said they will cancel the order , but I cannot see such status even now after 2 days on my App and money is gone and won't be refunded. If you too don't wish to Fall for this Unreliable App and don't want to loose money.. Do Install it. Use Swiggy instead
