2025-01-30	Wi*****	Unclear instruction until staff told me that CHAGEE MY & SG is same app...choose inside after installation...been days..near to weeks trying to get a SMS...most basic of all to get verification code...nothing received...nt even few days later....guess its a calling for me to quit chagee.....no more code to redeem points even if u pay first...excellent for new shops with low to no line coverage

2024-12-19	Ee*****	I ordered from Raffles Place outlet and the service staff was so rude. I have never seen such customer service before. I requested for the infamous chagee carrier since it's my first purchase in Singapore and the staff did not even bother to answer me. I asked her why she has such rude attitude towards customer and she just rolled her eyes. I don't understand why such attitude can be tolerated especially in service industry. How does Chagee even select their service crew?!
