Do you have a parking permit for people with disabilities and drive in Ceuta? Chaara App is the official app of the Autonomous City of Ceuta that makes your daily driving much easier.

Find a space in seconds: Check in real time which parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility (PRM) are currently available. The map updates instantly so you don't waste time driving around.
Navigate directly to your space: The app guides you along the shortest route from your location to the nearest reserved space. Less distance, less stress.
Register your entry and exit with a tap.

When you park, confirm your arrival with a single tap. When you leave, register your departure. This keeps the map updated for all PRM drivers in the city, and you also benefit from the information provided by the community. Report misuse: If you arrive at a parking space marked as available by the app but find an unauthorized vehicle, you can report it directly to the City Council through the app with a single tap.
Secure and private: Only the data essential for the service to function is collected, in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your PMR card number is used solely as an identifier, and the app incorporates secure authentication with SMS verification so that only you can use your account.
Accessible for all: The interface is designed following WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines, ensuring it is comfortable and clear regardless of your needs.
