CGM LIFE Patientenakte - Dein

In this app you can save, manage and share information about your own health with your doctor or practitioner. With the CGM LIFE patient record, you always have your health data at hand on your smartphone: for a lifetime, free of charge and certified securely.

The CGM LIFE patient record is more than an electronic patient record (ePA) and more than just a health or health app. All health data is stored in the highly secure CGM Medical Cloud, the CGM LIFE platform, with a server location in Germany. This enables you to have sole sovereignty over your data and health values. Only you alone can release data to your doctor and practitioner for viewing. It doesn't matter whether you want to release all or only some of your data. You can upload the data, but also after your approval, directly from the doctor.
This can include findings, medications, doctor's letters, X-rays, therapy plans and much more. CGM LIFE patient records can be used by anyone, regardless of their health insurance.

In the application of the CGM LIFE patient file you can record both medical and vital data. The login to the CGM LIFE patient record (with your personal CGM LIFE ID) enables you to use many other CGM partner apps that you can use with just one LIFE ID, which enables you to have holistic health management.

With the digital vaccination certificate for your smartphone you receive valuable information about your vaccination status, upcoming vaccinations and can plan the necessary vaccinations for your next trip.
